work
A few of our recent projects.
website × automation — fytomarchal.be
Fyto Marchal × hexel
The old paper workflow is fully digitised and now lives in the system, with automations taking over the manual work. Behind the scenes that means time saved and a clear overview. Out front, customers get a proper site with a newsletter.
webshop — davc.be
Diesters Aquarium- en Vijvercentrum × hexel
Stock, orders and shipping in one system. What already worked in the shop is now online too: plants, fish, pumps and filters, with the right details on every product.
own product
SiftPal
hexel's own product. SiftPal sorts ads and fake mails out of your mailbox and puts them in a folder, so you can review everything and put it back. With Pro that happens every night.
website × order management — fruitteelt-dominic.be
Leenaers Dominic Fruit × hexel
Seasonal fruit online: the site shows what is ripe and customers order straight from it. The grower sees every order on one screen, the customer gets a confirmation without anyone having to type a mail, and the phone stays free for the people who really need to call.
website × webshop — dewijnloft.be
De Wijnloft × hexel
Wines and events in one place: a shop for the bottles and a calendar for the tastings, both run from the same admin.
platform — ikwil.website
ikwil.website × hexel
Our own platform for website packages. The customer picks a package, fills in the intake, uploads their material and follows their site until it goes live. What used to be a long mail thread is now one track that follows itself up.
desktop software — Windows
Reg+ × hexel
Order forms, till receipts and end-of-day closing in one program, with stock that comes off the shelf with every sale. Receipt and label printers hang off it directly, so the counter keeps moving without a detour through paper.
demo × grooming salon
Haartjes & Staartjes × hexel
This is what a grooming salon looks like when we build it. Soft palette, real photos and a booking button that does the work.
web app — internethulp.be
Internet Hulp × hexel
A simple web application for remote support. The customer shares a code and you are in.
website × appointments — reboot-it.be
Reboot-IT × hexel
For our own repair shop we built what every client gets: a site that fills the calendar. A booking flow that asks the right questions, AI that looks up the matching rate, and a design that shows what we mean by a well-made site.
extension × AI — Thunderbird
ThunderClaude × hexel
An extension that rewrites your mail in the tone you pick: more formal, shorter or translated. Formatting and attachments stay put, and you read the result before you send.
featured
DAVC × hexel
The Diesters Aquarium- en Vijvercentrum web shop: over 2500 products and 600 fish species, rebuilt from the ground up.
the problem
The old shop ran on ageing WordPress with WooCommerce and got slower every year. Visitors dropped off and the managers fought their own system.
the solution
A new shop in our own code, every article optimised for Google with an SEO score in the back end. AI makes the images uniform and rewrites texts. Ordering, shipping via Sendcloud and invoicing through PEPPOL run by themselves.
the result
Six times more unique visitors per month than on the old site. Growth continues with Google ads and monthly follow-up.
2500+
products migrated
600+
fish species online
6×
more unique visitors per month
