04 — ai and automation

You should not be the one doing the work that comes back every week.

Every business has work nobody enjoys: retyping an enquiry into the system, entering an invoice, drawing up the same quote for the fifth time. We hand that to a machine, connected to the programs you already use. Whatever goes out to a customer, you see it first.

What we build

Enquiries and follow-up

An enquiry comes in, lands in your system with the customer details already filled in, and an answer is waiting. Who picks it up and when stays your call.

Invoices and documents

Invoices, order forms and delivery notes get read out and passed on to your bookkeeping or your ERP. Where the machine is unsure, it sets the document aside instead of making something up.

Assistants

An assistant that answers from your own prices, procedures and files, with the source attached so you can check where an answer came from. For your own team, or for customers on your site.

Copy and translations

Product descriptions, mails and translations for hundreds of items at once. The machine writes the first draft, someone reads what the customer ends up reading.

models and tools

What it runs on

For plenty of tasks a small, cheap model does the job, for others you need the heaviest thing Anthropic or OpenAI have. We try them out and keep whatever handles the work without costing too much. If your data cannot leave the building, an open model runs on your own server. Tell us what it may cost and we look for the solution that fits inside it.

example from practice

ThunderClaude sits inside Thunderbird and rewrites a mail in the tone you pick: more formal, shorter or in another language. Formatting and attachments stay put, and you see the result before anything goes out.

What else can go in

we start with the work that costs the most time, the rest can follow later

What costs you the most time every week?

Tell us briefly which work keeps coming back and how often. Within two working days you get a proposal with what we take on first, a price and a date. If it is not worth doing, we say that too.
